This spatial layer shows the location of B.C. Government owned and leased buildings throughout the province. The dataset includes information such as the building identifier (a number which is unique to each building in the ARES portfolio), the address and the longitude and latitude of each building.

CIVIC_ADDRESS ADDRESS VARCHAR2 50 CIVIC ADDRESS. The street name and number of the building location. E.g 238 Government St.
CIVIC_MUNICIPALITY_NAME CITY_NAME VARCHAR2 50 CIVIC MUNICIPALITY NAME. The name of the building location's municipality. E.g. Kelowna
LATITUDE LATITUDE NUMBER 9 LATITUDE is the geographic coordinate, in decimal degrees (dd.dddddd), of the location of the feature as measured from the equator. E.g. 55.323653
LONGITUDE LONGITUDE NUMBER 9 LONGITUDE is the geographic coordinate, in decimal degrees (dd.dddddd), of the location of the feature as measured from the prime meridian. E.g. -123.093544
FEATURE_CODE FCODE VARCHAR2 10 FEATURE CODE contains a value based on the Canadian Council of Surveys and Mapping's (CCSM) system for classification of geographic features.
GEOMETRY GEOMETRY SDO_GEOMETRY 1 GEOMETRY is the column used to reference the spatial coordinates defining the feature.
