Purpose

To support MOE provincial contact centres in the province of British Columbia.

Data Quality

Important Attributes: - GOAL2_NAME - the name of the goal2, not all goal2s are named - may be null; - GOAL2 = "GOAL2" if the polygon is a candidate protected area; - G2_DESCRIPTION: tells more info about the area if need be.

Future: Polygons may be added or removed throughout land use planning.

Accuracy: varies from 1:20000 for WL; 1:50000 for 100 Mile; 1:250000 for Quesnel; Other data areas accuracy is unknown.

Production Date: updates to regional coverage April 22, 2003 jnballen (Added provincial park additions to Flat Lake and Moose Valley - also added Centennial (islands in Bridge Lake)).

History: Original input from the Forest Districts, and ammelgamated by SRM for Sustainable Resource Management Planning.
