This is a 5 Year Location Report by court level, division and class, as represented in the Courts Dashboard.

• The percentage of concluded court cases by age category is a timeliness measure.

• This report indicates the proportion of Provincial criminal concluded cases that have a time to conclusion within the following age categories:

          o 1 to 60 days;

          o 61 to 120 days;

          o 121 to 180 days;

          o 181 to 240 days;

          o 241 to 365 days;

          o greater than 365 days.

• Median time to conclusion (in days) is also provided.

• The extracts report Provincial court concluded case data for each court location in BC.

• Fiscal and Calendar Year datasets are available and are based on the date the case is concluded.

  o Fiscal Year datasets provide data from 2014-15 to 2018-19 (as of July 2, 2019)

  o Calendar Year datasets provide data from 2014 to 2018 (as of April 8, 2019).
