• This report indicates the proportion of Provincial Court criminal concluded cases that have a time to conclusion within the following age categories:
o 1 to 60 days;
o 61 to 120 days;
o 121 to 180 days;
o 181 to 240 days;
o 241 to 365 days;
o greater than 365 days.
• The extracts report Provincial Court concluded case data for courthouses across BC.
• Fiscal Year datasets are available and are based on the date the case is concluded.
o Fiscal Year datasets provide data from 2015-16 to 2019-20 (as of July 15, 2020)
