The percentage of concluded court cases by age category is a timeliness measure. It reports the proportion of Provincial criminal concluded cases that have a time to conclusion within the following age categories: 1 to 60 days; 61 to 120 days; 121 to 180 days; 181 to 240 days; 241 to 365 days; and greater than 365 days. Median time to conclusion (in days) is also provided. The extracts report Provincial court concluded case data for each court location in BC. This is a 5 year location report by court level, division and class, as represented in the Courts Dashboard. Fiscal and Calendar Year datasets are available and are based on the date the case is concluded. Fiscal Year datasets provide data from 2012-13 to 2016-17 (as of July 4, 2017); Calendar Year datasets provide data from 2012 to 2016 (as of April 18, 2017).
