The extracts report the total number of new court cases initiated in BC. This is a multi-year provincial report by court level, division, and class. Fiscal and Calendar Year datasets are available and are based on the date the case is opened. Fiscal Year datasets provide data from 2007-08 to 2016-17 (as of July 4, 2017); Calendar Year datasets provide data from 2005 to 2016 (as of April 18, 2017).
