This dataset represents approved Diagnostic Facilities in BC. There are nine types of facilities defined within the dataset, also referred to as modalities: Diagnostic Ultrasound, Electroencephalography, Electromyography, Laboratory Medicine, Nuclear Medicine, Polysomnography, Pulmonary Function, Radiology, Specimen Collection Station.

The difference between this secure dataset and the public dataset is the inclusion of the Facility ID.

SERVICE_CODE SERV_CODE VARCHAR2 2 SERVICE CODE is a user defined unique code for a provided service. This is the primary key. e.g., LM
CATEGORY_CODES CTGRY_CDS VARCHAR2 1000 CATEGORY CODES contains the category codes for a facility. More than one category code can be listed in this field separated by ',', e.g., U4, UA, UD, UT.
FEE_ITEM_CODES F_TM_CDS VARCHAR2 1000 FEE ITEM CODES contains the fee item codes for a facility. More than one fee item code can be listed in this field separated by ',', e.g., 08660, 08664, 08665, 08666, 08667, 08668, 08669, 08670, 08676.
