Elevation statistics (in meters) for BC Census Subdivisions or CLAB_INDIAN_RESERVES, derived from the BC Digital Elevation Model (DEM). For each Census Subdivision or CLAB_INDIAN_RESERVE, point, mean, max, and min elevations are included. Mean, max, min are calculated for the entire terrestrial portion of each Census Subdivision or CLAB_INDIAN_RESERVE. Point elevations are for a specific reference point located inside the Census Subdivision or CLAB_INDIAN_RESERVE. Negative values indicate areas below sea level. For each row, exactly one of the CLAB_ID or the CENSUS_YEAR,CENSUS_SUBDIVISION_ID combination must be non-null.
