Back Country are areas with travel time from cities greater than 2 hours, and travel time from high-use roads greater than 1 hour. Front Country are areas with travel time from cities less than or equal 1 hour to greater than 2 hours, and travel time from high-use road less than or equal to 1 hour. Custom processing using distance from cities, roads, travel assumption, and land type. The provided input was further process so that coastal disconnected areas were adjusted to downgraded to very low encounter class/backcountry.
