This data was used for the Howe Sound Cumulative Effects Project to thematically display indicator maps showing the condition of the Roosevelt Elk population (population stability trend and both short and long term population sustainability risk). The seven key Roosevelt Elk population and habitat indicators: forage cover interspersion, winter range requirement, winter range availability and quality, forage cover availability, population resiliency, predation risk and unregulated hunting.
