TA_LAND_CLAIM_STLMNT_AREAS_SVW contains the spatial representation (polygon) of the current extent of an area of land that is governed and owned by the First Nation in fee simple pursuant to the provisions of the applicable treaty. The view was created to provide a simplified view of this data from the administrative boundaries information in the Tantalis operational system. Treaty Settlement Lands are not subject to any condition, proviso, restriction, exception or reservation set out in the Land Act, or any comparable limitation under Federal or Provincial law.
